Both Timothy and Sharon are in their 30s. They were married on 18th May 1996, and celebrated their 10th anniversary recently. Their daughter, Cherryn, is aged 6.

I have been attending BFC since 1976, when I was in second year in Heng A Ke Bong Primary School, brought here by my form teacher, Ms. Lucilia Lau. (The school no longer exists.)
Sisters Ivy Lee, Maggie Lau, Hwee Theng and Sui Hoi were once my Sunday School teachers. I attended BFC every Sunday not because I wanted to know more about Jesus, but because I loved the biscuits and tea breaks after each Sunday School session. I love food and, during those days, having biscuits was just like having Kentucky fried chicken today. Slowly, I came to know who Jesus really was and, one day, I knew that I was a great sinner whom no man alone could forgive. So I approached Sister Hwee Theng about my salvation. I was saved sometime in 1980.
I am now serving as a Head Usher, English Worship Chairman and Church Building Committee Member.
One of the wonderful gifts I have from God is a cheerful and joyful heart to meet people and serve people. That is why I am very grateful to be able to serve God as a Head Usher in BFC. Likewise, I am happy with what I am doing as a Marketing Executive in Jardine Shipping Agencies, where I also get to meet a lot of people.
Sharon is a Domestic Engineer. She cooks very good food and takes good care of the family. She was brought to church by Sis Sui Hoi and Sis Hwee Theng when she was in Primary 6 and accepted the Lord in the Children’s Camp then. Currently, she is serving as a Greeter, and also in the Toddler, Treasury and Nursery. She finds joy in serving the Lord in every way she can.
We love to do things together, and our hobbies include indoor games, cooking and music.
Cherryn was born in year 2000. She is now studying in Yio Chu Kang Chapel, K2. She is attending piano and swimming lessons, which are the things she loves to do. She also loves music and enjoys singing. We hope that she will use her voice wisely to serve God in BFC.
